Well, that was quick.


Only 6 hours from what should've been the first devlog, and 0.3 is already out without a second devlog. Yeah, sorry about that. The newly-added A1 might seem very lacking for all the time it took, but considering the motivation I got, I wanted to get something out so this project doesn't seem completely dead.

The checkpoint system also had to undergo a slight rework under the hood, needing a sort of failsafe "false checkpoint" system, that way when moving from one stage to the other, the game would know what checkpoint was last activated, and from what stage it was. So, whenever you die, you'll respawn at the last checkpoint you activated in whatever stage that was.

I may consider creating a 0.3.1 update that will improve upon A1 to make it longer, but so far, it'll be left as-is, since this is the first (somewhat "major") update in quite a few months and I don't want people to think I completely abandoned this project.
